During our stay at CLC Regal Iaks we stayed in Tbird 5757. During that stay we complained about roaches in the kitchen and guest bathroom and asked for someone to come spray for three days out of the 5 night stay. I even called the host on my reservation Claudia. After our initial complaint to the front desk went nowhere. She promised to take care of it and to call me back which she never did.
