Used to be my husband's go-to to get his chainsaw fixed. Not after today. Dropped the chainsaw off yesterday to have a new chain put on. My husband called this morning to ask when he could pick it up, they said they would get back to him. My husband chased just a moment ago after not hearing back, to be told they can't do it! Was fast and fair. Easy access with a trailer. A good experience, but I just got the mower today, it’s used so let’s see how it goes when I put it to an actual test, hence the four rating. I’ve a 30 day warranty, so if it mows well and serves me well, then I’ll change my 4 to a 5 because it was an overall very good experience . I have already recommended them to a coworker.
