VERY, VERY IMPRESSED!! Thought I had a slab leak ( had Hi-Tech, come out and look), that company told me the water damage was due to a leaky kitchen faucet. And get this! Wanted to charge me $1270.33 just for a faucet! Yes, you heard me right, no misprint $1270.33 for a faucet!! That doesn’t include the $291.80 for a P-Trap & $415.17 for a basket strainer and $350 for travel , total $ 2327.30 !!!!!!!! The work that was done was fine. However the amount I was charged for labor was completely astronomical. I have never heard of a plumber needing a helper or being charged for drive time for plumbing jobs. I am a disabled veteran and live on a fixed income and was charged almost $1500 for them to come install 5 fixtures which I had purchased already. I needed more plumbing work done but will definitely be finding a different plumbing company. I suppose I should have asked ahead of time but have never heard of these practices ... read more
