Since my my first review was taken down, I’ll leave another. My partner and I went to Clayton’s in galion. The manager Shelbi, did my hair and one of the staff members did my partners hair. Shelbi messed my hair up horribly and I kindly asked for a refund so I could get it fixed somewhere else, she said Clayton wouldn’t allow her to give me a refund. The worst experience I’ve ever had in this place! One of the stylist messed my hair up and I asked for a refund so that I could get it done correctly as I had an event coming up. The girl refused and I contacted Clayton who had his manager there refund it. My partner had a better experience with his stylist than I did so we went back for him to continue getting his hair done. Updated review: Still holds true! Love the girls up there, as well as the fact we can still walk in for a hair cut and be out easy. As a woman who has short hair, easy, friendly and always willing to chat while you're in the chair! Original review: Preferred place to get my hair done.
