Terrible. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Brought in a Bosch dishwasher that wasn't heating properly. $406.65 later, brought it home supposedly repaired, but with new problems making it absolutely unusable. It came home leaking enough ( halfway through a cycle) to soak a bath towel, making an awful squealing sound, also smelled like plastic burning. Brought it back in, only to get it back in the exact same condition, and be told that if we brought it back again we'd be charged a service call. This was the closes... read more
Very reliable & friendly service, but they are pricey. They charge the same for a small diagnostic service as they do for an actual repair. Even if they just have to put in 2 screws or vacuum dust off a water heater. They charge full price for labor & service call.
The repair was on time, cost was as expected. There was an unexpected issue with the repair, they returned that night at 9:00 pm, fixed the issue. Great customer service. You can tell they know what they are doing and they are not out to screw you over! I would recommend them to anyone for service and repair!
Do not call these people I was given prices that were false. They said that labor was $10 - $15 an hour, then I was charged $70 an hour. They took three hours to assess the problem with my washing machine, and the assessment was wrong. I was charged for parts that were marked up by over 50%. They said my washer needed a new motor, and when I got another assessment by an expert who owns a laundromat, I was told that the washer should be scrapped and I should buy a new or used one. Clayton's Appliance Repair Clayton repaired a refrigerator at a property for me. His rates were very reasonable - much cheaper than replacing it with a new one. He had to order in the part (older fridge), but it was quick.
