Drove my bud to work here a few times, good job. And the prefabs seem really nice tbh
I bought an already made home from a community. It is brand new. The craftmanship is sub-par. The home is glued and nailed together like a kids project. I do not expect something high end but this is disappointing. There is glue on the walls, big and small patches of it. The cabinets are not even one piece and coming apart at the corners.
