She fit me in last minute but it was a huge mistake. I came in for an ends trim and when I sat in the chair she showed me the amount of hair she was going to be cutting which was only an inch to cut the split ends only. But she completely chopped almost 4 inches off my hair I told her specifically I don’t want a hair cut just an ends trim. I was very disappointed with the haircut. The guy not knowing how to cut zero size on side and the other employee took over. She seemed in rush.
