At the Morrow location next to Burlington, my mother and I waited in line forever for a disabled placard. The only people being called were those for renewals some of which arrived after we did. In addition there are no hours of operation listed on the front door.
I spoke with an agent today on the phone and she was so kind and the fastest handling my inquiry God bless that lady just for being kind cause I was having a really rough morning 🩵 great spirits here
I have been calling just to be hung up for the last 15 calls. Is this what is normal? They keep sending my bill to an address I lived at 4 years ago. Such a quick fix and I will be forced to go down to the office because no one picks up the phone and provides any assistance.
