I had a returned check from Daniel H.Smith tax commissioner because the misspelling of a numeric number on the check for the amount to be paid and the return letter was wide open anyone could have taken my check the envelope was not sealed it’s so sad we put people in charge who can’t understand how to do the job correctly vote vote vote because this incompetence could’ve cost me a lot of money.

I called five times and was hung up on each time, just as it seemed I was about to reach a customer service representative. I never got the chance to speak with anyone. Additionally, the recording you must listen to before making any selections states that the office closes at 5:00 pm, while the website says 4:30 pm. I imagine some customers may have arrived as late as 4:45 pm, only to find the office already closed. Which time is correct?
