I cannot speak highly enough about our appointment today with Dr. Sontheimer! He prioritized building rapport with my daughter who was very scared going into the appointment. He took his time explaining things, reviewing imaging with us, gave her a very thorough exam, and did not make us feel rushed. By the end of the appointment he had my daughter laughing and I am so grateful it was a good experience for her. Thank you, Dr. Sontheimer!
Dr. Sontheimer was dismissive, rude, and condescending. My son has severe pain and multiple symptoms that endocrinology and his pediatrician are concerned about. In contrast, Dr. Sontheimer dismissed all of his symptoms. He then spoke poorly about my wife to a resident when he thought my wife could not hear. His behavior is egregious. Just because Dr. Sontheimer doesn't understand what is occurring, doesn't mean that something isn't occurring. Dr. Sontheimers is very thorough. He is thoughtful, caring and empathetic. Very few doctors at Luke’s humble like him. He connects with his patients and genuinely care about them. Very quick to respond and help his patients.
Love our doctor! He was so nice, and made sure we understood what he was saying. Felt personable. Thank you.
He is kind compassionate and very smart! He always works so hard to get to the bottom of the problem!
