From initial quote Shane was outstanding, a really good listener compared to other retailers that just want to talk and sell to you. Highly recommended. Recent install of 40kw Sigenergy battery + 20kw inverter + gateway/backup. Shane was very prompt through the quotation, happy to assist with details/questions and last minute changes. Honest and clear communication through some minor delays due to stock shortages.
