Fairly clean rooms. Stayed in a single bedroom apartment, and the toilet is not ensuite. Another plus point is the free onsite parking. It is a serviced apartment, but the "service" (cleaning and change of sheets) is only if you stay 1 week or more. But the service staff is very good. They'd give additional towels, bin liners and washer detergent whenever you need a top-up. Location is good, near Monash University, but only if you drive.

Not setup booked for 3 people room had one bed felt like I was putting them out requesting another bed and towel, couch was meant to be a sofa bed but was then bed was supplied with no sheets or pillow cases. Was told no-one was onsite to help but when pushed someone turned up in about 5 minutes 🤷

Can you believe that even with a confirmed booking (and yes, I understand it's non-refundable if your plans change or your car breaks down), they would still rather let guests with confirmed COVID stay in their apartments than cancel the reservation? Despite providing a medical certificate and rapid test results, they refused to cancel or reschedule — all because they prioritise profit over health and safety.
