DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! First, they rented me a storage unit that wasn't actually available. Then, there was absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone to fix the situation. After three days, I finally reached someone, and they told me they would mail me a refund check. It's now been over a month, and I still haven't received it. They should give their storage units away to make up for the customer inconvenience of antiquated contracts and rules.
They charge modern prices with 1980 contract terms and customer experience. Don’t auto pay.
