After nearly four months of new owner/mgt taking over, not being able to talk to someone for help, not being able to pay my unit rent due to my account not being active in the new system, threatened with late fees, unit contents scheduled to be auctioned, not responses(but 1) to messages, I finally reached Donna at the Loganbille office who helped me get through the system, have my fees dropped with Tameka’s help, meet Tameka at the facility where I explained all the issues I was having.
