IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to call or respond when trying to cancel rental after moving out. Don’t auto pay or you will be stuck with a monthly payment. We’ve been reaching out for 3 weeks now, over 15 calls and always automated with long wait just to hang up on you before they answer. SO UNPROFESSIONAL
