Day 210. We purchased our home almost a year ago. There are repairs that need to be made that are being ignored. Reached out multiple times to DONALD Dover with no response. There is black mold, growing in the home along with leaks and vinyl siding falling off the home. If anybody is remotely, thinking about purchasing a home, they need to do their due diligence with research on how their customer service treats customers
