Poor craftsmanship / Poor communication. Seems to be a 50/50 team. Some do great work. Others just slap crap together. For the price. I'd expect better quality all around. Live and learn.
Very nice clean houses, we take everything seriously to be the perfect home for the family. We are going energy free, very good homes.
