I have done nearly 20 transactions (Buying and Selling) with Clayton Janer and everyone of them he worked professionally. Anytime there was something that needed to be done he was there for me. He is very professional and settling. What I mean is for me personally he was a calming force because the people we were working with weren't always efficient. Clayton was always efficient.

Clay is gifted in his field. I hope I never have to work with any other real estate agent ever. He is low key yet energetic, so professional, yet so approachable, easy to talk to honestly. He is honest in return and trustworthy. He helped us sell two different properties at two different times and made it so easy for us. I know he got us the best prices at each of those times. I can't imagine there is anyone else better than Clay is as an agent. See for yourself. Give him a call.

So much to say , Clay goes above and beyond . He leaves no stone un turned , quick to respond to any questions or concerns . The process can be super stressful but clay was right there by my side to keep me focused. It pays to have a broker who is seasoned that knows their stuff, you get this with Clay. I give him a a+++++++++ If you contact clay for a home sale or purchase I promise , you will not be disappointed .
