They mixed my paint color wrong and refused to correct it. When I asked the man there to give me a refund so that I could purchase new paint that did match, he began to use derogatory language and screamed at me. I left the store humiliated and hurt- do not go here. They do not provide good customer service at all. I heard they will be closing down due to low sales- trust me, they deserve it.

I have visited this store many times, its a family friendly store. The paint color has always been exact, and they have the lowest price in town. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs any type of paint and paint supplies. They offer recommendations on great contractors to do work. They even have a moscott named Cotton. So, bring your family to check this store out and Cotton.
This store has terrible customer service. The man in the store mixed the paint I bought wrong and when I went back to get the issue corrected he started cussing at me in front of my children. He then told me if I didnt leave the store he would have me arrested. I never said a cross word to him. I just wanted to get the paint fixed so I could use it.
I needed to purchase extra custom-colored paint when I ran out. They mixed it wrong the second time and said it was my fault, even though I provided them with the exact number from the previous paint I purchased. They would not take it back or refund my money. These people have zero customer service. I will never purchase from them again.
