Make sure that if you want a job working for Clayton Homes in Nashville, NC that you have absolutely NO experience doing construction work. I have more experience than most anyone at that plant and didn't get hired. They tell you that they want knowledge but when knowledge lands in their lap, they don't hire them. They said they hired someone with MORE experience??? I have 40 years in construction!! How damn much experience does a trash company want???
