I'm really disappointed in an empathetic doctor i used to trust. Him and his shadowing med student have made me feel judged, ridiculed, and demeaned when I needed him most. His staff is great. Not sure what has changed, or if they're overloaded, but that personal relationship is no longer there. Plan for 30+ days out.
Doc Clay Rocks! He's awesome. His staff pretty much sucks though. He should fire them all and re-staff.
These Doctors Cornell and Pickering are both special doctors and make the VA really look Bad. I had a rash from my 20years in US Army. Never fixed my feet Fungus. Say them on same day. NEXT day it was all gone. Application of the medical knowledge and they are both smart and most Caring doctors I have met in my 75 years from birth! Thank both of them! Bye Bye Free VA. I love that I have found such a great Dr. here in Whitney Texas. From the moment I walked in to Dr. Office until I left I felt welcomed. I ❤️ love bring able to do walkins if I need in Sooner than the appointment I booked because it came to that and I was taken care of. I love the fact when I get prescribed medication I can go right next door and and pick it up at pharmacy 1.
