I absolutely love my headshots — Clayton did a wonderful job. He gave great direction without making it feel forced or overly performative, and I really feel like the photos captured my smile, my energy, and my true essence. He experimented with different angles and poses, which made the whole experience feel creative and relaxed. HIRE CLAYTON! This is the first time in my (long) life that I've worked with a professional photographer, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. I needed an author headshot, and he delivered beyond my wildest dreams. I didn't know I could look so good! He knows how to bring out the best in the subject (me), and in the setting. Plus, he made me feel so comfortable, confident, and capable. It was actually fun! I'm so happy that I hired Clayton Mitchell. I couldn't be happier with my new author headshots!

I'm the sort who is very skittered about being in front of the camera, but Clayton made the whole process very casual and fun while still producing professional quality photos.
