Josh was a pleasure to work with. Was very informative, well knowledgeable & helped us find the perfect solution!

Very friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She also gave me more information concerning the setup and permitting that is involved when purchasing these homes. They are very well-constructed and well worth the investment. I look forward to working with Chris in the future.
I spoke with Ms Chris and she was fantastic. I like the fact that she wasn’t pushy and she patiently answered all my questions. She even showed us other options and gave suggestions as we consider the houses they offer. If you’re looking for a first, second, summer home etc ask for Chris she’s a city girl that won’t steer you wrong.
