We purchased a small Norris home (The Little Woody) because we thought it would be faster to get into and were told they build a quality home. We really like the floor plan of this model and needed it fast. It turned out to be a big mistake. First, the home was a month later being delivered that the sales person lead us to believe it could be delivered in. 2nd, Clayton took 2 months to complete a total of 18 working days of work.
