WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They are under the impression that they sell enough, they do not need to respond to prospects. A guy by the name of Phillip tried reaching out but only made half an attempt to follow up. I had heard very bad things about their customer service prior to reaching out but I figured I would still give them a try. My experience was absolutely horrible and I should have listened to the warnings. WASTE OF TIME. Very unfortunate and disappointing.
