Let me share our journey with Clayton Homes and Nate. After spending a year looking houses in the city of Rochester. We took a ride out to Clayton Homes and met Nate. We fell in love with the Sydney. We had a wonderful experience! Kelli explained step by step the process. She kept things in motion and was great with keeping me up to speed with everything. Shawn was very detailed in explaining the ending process. Went over every question I had thoroughly. I even formed a friendship with Kelli. Day to day conversations, made us friends. I highly recommend the Clayton team.
I would highly recommend you going to Clayton Homes if you are in the market for a house. My fiancée and I worked with Nate Adam’s and he was amazing, answered all of our questions and helped put our minds at ease with the house buying process.

Beautiful homes! Staff is not pushy and let's you look on your own to look at the homes on your own. Many different styles and prices to choose! They are also open on Saturday!
