Do not use these people, find other builders. Lack of communication and subcontractors aren't much better. Work has to constantly be redone and will left you with a damaged home if not picked up before then issue isn't caught. Frustrating to say the least.
Really didn’t want to put some of the issues out there since I’ve never bought a manufactured home and will not buy another one but here it goes due to still having issues . Asked for a quote and was told have to give 2,500 deposit first. after deposit they tried to sell us a home listed for 90k online for 110k. communication was great up until they got deposit then no communication unless i reached out. They when asked for return of deposit was told i would have to wait for paper check. "we paid we credit card" 2 week later and still no refund of deposit..
My daughter just closed on her house.
In the process of a home now and it is very frustrating. The communication is not there and the builders have constantly been leaving trash/waste behind that blows all throughout the property. Almost like you spend money to be disrespected, move in can't come sooner.
