Clayton Homes – The Worst Investment I’ve Ever Made Buying a home from Clayton Homes has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The poor craftsmanship, ongoing issues, and complete lack of support make this home feel like it was thrown together with paper clips and duct tape. This has been the most awful experience of my entire life dealing with this business. I wish I could just post some pictures of what has been going on.
I have a lot to say about my brand new Clayton home and none of it is good. And as for the serious issue we have repeatedly reached out about that has been dismissed, I suppose we will have to do it the hard way with our lawyer. I do not recommend this company, most of the finishes in my home are crooked, broken, don't work properly and we have a hole in our well the company refuses to address. We've already had a new voutnertop installed, and our sink is leaking due to crazy installation. Our home is less than year lived in... read more
Allow me to give a big thank you to Mr.Buck and Mr.Jesse from Clayton Homes (Roanoke) for coming out of their way an doing an amazing job. Some people come out to these new homes and do the bare minimum, but not these two gentlemen. They got here when they said they would, then they went throughout the whole entire house and fixed everything that was listed and not listed. Thank you guys for a amazing job.
