I gave this a 5-star rating because overall I'm thoroughly pleased. Dylan that works there was the guy who helped us get our home and he was amazing. He backed up everything he said he would do and he even saved us some money. We got a landing home package through them and he was the one who found the land. Holly Holly Holly recommend using Clayton homes of Rogersville they will do you right!! And if there's any issues after it's all said and done he will fix them or have them fixed.
Place is a joke
I have contacted them multiple times back to back and months of waiting with no Anwser ! The warranty is just a joke ! A bunch of promises over the phone and nothing is ever put on the schedule and repaired in my experience
