I have contacted them multiple times back to back and months of waiting with no Anwser ! The warranty is just a joke ! A bunch of promises over the phone and nothing is ever put on the schedule and repaired in my experience
We have been in our home since mid July 2024. We have communicated several issues with Harold and others. We’ve been promised that service would be expedited. They fixed a leak inside the bathroom wall but never came back to replace the wall. They are several other issues to fix but Harold quit all communication with us. Our home didn’t come in as we ordered and were promised. My daughter purchased one at the same time as well, and the installers put a hole in the wall and promised to come back and they haven’t.
