My in-laws have been waiting for 3+ months for Clayton Homes to fix and finish assembling their home. My parents in-law are retired and on a fixed income and Clayton Homes WILL NOT FIX THIS
still waiting since Oct 28.. I first thought this place was ok. but after what we been thru i dont recommend this place.
RecommendedWe have had a long relationship with Joe Anderson, maybe 5 years total! We were not sure if we wanted to build or not on our 45 acres. Make a long story short... we chose the Kenesaw model and have been living in it now for 2 weeks. Our experience with Joe of Clayton Homes of Somerset was spot on. He isn't shy about shooting straight! We really are very happy! Great communication and we are still enjoying customer service. Did you ever think we'd get this far Joe? 😅😂Thank you! Everyone is really friendly! Joe Anderson helped answer all my questions. If something breaks I tell joe and he send some one over to fix it. He calls and checks on ever thing makes sure everything is still going well. This is my first time getting a home and I love it.
They are wonderful to work with!! Joe is amazing to work with!! He will take good care of you!!
September 2018 they replaced a back door, took paint off the wall said they had to order that color and they would be back, never seen them again! Trim around my bar top broken, said it would be replaced and never saw it! Also a crack under my kitchen window was supposed to have been fixed, never seen them!

Just purchased one from Clayton. They were honest and did what they said they were going to do and will work with you as well. Overall a good experience and would definitely purchase from Clayton if I were to purchase another mobile home in the future.
