I wouldn’t recommend buying one from here , and by saying that I’ll tell you why! It’s been a little over a year and our triple wide still isn’t finished. Flooring has been pulled up and put back down several times and it’s still not right , still have places in the Sheetrock , on the walls snd ceilings ! Can never get anyone to call you back when they say there going to ! I’ve bought 3 homes from Clayton never had a problem from the last two ! My mother in law and father in law bought a very expensive trailer from these people. When it arrived the windows were broken the drywall was cracked and many many things messed up in the home. It took 4 weeks after delivery to get anything fixed inside and outside the home. When they did come they slung drywall mud all over the house. The floors were covered in drywall mud. We are still picking it off the walls and floor. It took another 2 weeks to get the underpinning on, which is important if your gonna put a porch on you... read more

Over all the best with customer satisfaction. Have not purchased a new home yet because of Finances and wanting to pay off our land first and getting our credit where it needs to be for a better interest rate. But as far as working with you and doing everything they can for you, Joe has done just that plus some. Great people to get you on the right path for new home ownership. Even the lenders are willing to help give you tips. Best thing is you dont feel pushed to commit until you are ready!
Brand new home for people that lost their home to fire !!! This is definitely NOT good workmanship and your actions have been worse. This has been going on since October 2019. The were promised to be in their home by Thanksgiving, it’s now January 2020 and things are still not finished or half done. This is pathetic.
