Don't do it. it takes way longer than they say. we started last year and they said it should be done in June. They haven't touched the project since June. My kids ask every day are we moving yet. It hurts to tell them not yet. we have the electric company calling the water company and garage people calling all asking when they can get to work. we've paid 3 to 5 thousand more out of pocket for things that should have been in the loan. Brian and Tim are awesome! Even with me and my husband having not so great credit they were able to get us approved for the home we wanted. They constantly worked with us through every little bump along the way that inevitably come with buying a home. The setup of the house is very sound and anything that needed extra tweeks or adjustments after the move was fixed. First off let me say they were GREAT with us, closing was easy and Ben was great. BUT please watch who your home owners is through! And also please make sure whoever backfills around your home does it correctly, we have been dealing with water standing around our house for nearly a year now and still to this day nobody has came out too even try too fix it.
