I just appreciate them so much. Ben has done so much to help me and I dont even know what to say. I wanted to buy a singlewide but I couldnt put one on my land because the county wouldnt let me. So Ben and his boss got me in my doublewide. They even gave me some real nice furniture becasue I didnt have NOTHING! They have just helped me so much and done stuff for me that they didnt have to do. God will bless them for what they done for me. If you need a home go and see them.
They stole $13,000.00 from my wife and me. We gave them the down payment March of last year, they messed up our land, and never delivered the home. After one year went by they told me they decided to just keep my money because they messed up the land too bad to install the house. Do NOT trust these people. the contract never had a date of delivery so we couldn't sue them. You can call me direct if you don't believe me. 865-684-0468.
We purchased our home and just recieved keys, Clayton of Harriman, especially Kris, are great folks! Very good communication and were always there to answer any questions we had! highly reccomend!
