My husband and I walked into Clayton Homes in Athens, TN. We were very upfront about not knowing if we would even qualify for a new home. Justin Gowan and Jeff Rabinowitz took the time to explain to us in detail about the loans available and the homes we could possibly qualify for. They spend 2 hours with us knowing that we may not be a sale for them. This means a lot for someone who has never owned a home. This meant so much to us because we felt the same as the person who would qualify for a million-dollar home.
