At first they was fantastic to deal with, until it came down to getting our home to us. Beforehand we told them our house would sit right over the VA line. They said no problem they could make it work. After we closed on the house and paid them 90% of the payment they then told us they could no longer set the house or bring it to our location because of it being in VA and they would be fined. So here we sit with a house payment and no house at this time. I would not recommend going to this place!!
