David Doyle and his team are some of the most kind and most down to earth people I’ve ever known. It has been a true blessing to get to know everyone here. This team has a heart of gold and they always try to do the best and most right thing for their customers (and everyone they know for that matter). My husband and I have bought 2 homes from David Doyle at Clayton Homes of Flemingsburg and I have to say the staff is Great and so was the service everything that was promised to us was done and I would recommend any and everyone to go to Clayton Homes of Flemingsburg to purchase a home I sent my own son and daughter-in-law there and they said it was a great place. Bought my home from Doyle's Moble home 28 years ago best deal and service anywhere. I have recommended them for 28 years and still do. I have several friends who have purchased Moble homes there and are in agreement that Doyle's is a five star plus for sure.
Poor communication and lack of customer service. Not one time line or promise was met or kept. My in laws arrive from CA and their house is dirty, no keys present so they are forced to drive and hour to pick them up. Worst of all, Electric hasn't been scheduled, and will be over a 2 week delay. Their items need to be stored and cable and other items need to be delayed. Doyle will tell you they handle everything, then they put it all on others to do it.
i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommeLove my home..but. it has taken over 6 months to get it in because of the rainy spring we had. I believe it wouldn't have taken so long if their sub contractors would come out on the weekends to work, espeically if they knew it was going to be the only dry days for several weeks. I also was VERY disappointed with the amount of trash left lying around.
