Our initial experience was wonderful. Miriam was very helpful and responsive towards us which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately things didn't end well. The contractors were recommended by Clayton Homes charged higher fees than most and did not do a good job. The most important part of placing the home is the pad being the appropriate size and ours was not. The contractor had us ( seniors and disabled) do the measurements but assured us he would measure for accuracy per our salesperson. It didn't happen. After placing it ... read more
