Update: My one year in my home is approaching. This home office and their staff have continued to be wonderful to me throughout the entire year. I had a terrible experience with Clayton Homes Cleveland, I will definitely be going to a different company. Thank you for not attempting to help me at all. To anyone considering coming all the way out here, a word to the wise: steer clear of this place—they will only waste your time. The salesman, Neri, made it clear that he only cares about selling homes for cash. Sir, you need to work on your customer service skills—you are far from polite.
