Me and my wife were looking to buy our first home. Decided to go to Clayton Homes in Dunn, NC. We decided on the Pride home and the sales agent that was helping us told us that if we chose that house then we would get all of the furniture that comes with it. All we had to do was put down $1000 dollars to lock it in so nobody could come and buy it before us. So that's what we did. The people from Clayton Homes of Dunn are great I have worked with them for 2 family members and when I am ready to purchase my own home I will not buy from anywhere but there Thank you so much Miss Cathay, Missouri Michael, and Charlie.
We lost our original home from Clayton Homes in a tornado on May 29, of this year. I LOVED it so dearly and was devastated. After much consideration my husband and I decided to go back to see Cathy Long at Clayton Homes. Cathy was compassionate and very helpful. We were able to order a new home exactly like we wanted and we are once again in our brand new home and we adore it!! Cathy Long is the best in customer service and I would highly recommend her and the business�
Do not shop here! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CLAYTON!!! My husband and I bought a home from them two years ago and everything is cheap and falling apart. The roof is sagging and the foundation is cracked and we have had contractors come out and look. They refuse to call back from either of our local lots or corporate. We are now having to look into attorneys so we can get this fixed. I never imagined that I would have wasted 100 grand on a house that started falling apart in less than a year.
They all made me a believer again thanks to everyone from Clayton homes of dunn
