to everyone out there don't purchase a home from this company. they will make you promises and never follow threw. once they that your money they don't want to have nothing to do with you. the customer service is horrible. i know of 112 different people plus myself who has gotten the shaft by luv home, Clayton homes, Vanderbilt mortgage, and American modern. by the way they are all own by Clayton homes. the homes they sell you have lots of problems. raining in the wall, water leaking in the a/c vents, mold growing in walls, ... read more
