The service department is lousy, lousy, lousy! From what they are telling me, they do not have enough help. I have been living in my home since last May, and the service department cannot get their work done! At some point, I want this finished. They may need to hire more help for the service department! They should know this! I am sick of trying to get service department to complete their work. Now, they say Dec. 14th. Believe it when I see it.
