If you are thinking of buying a home from Clayton homes, DON'T. We got a home in August of 2021, since then we have had 20, yes TWENTY plumbing valves burst and cause flooding in our home. After the first few times, we realized that this may become an issue but we were not prepared for how much of an issue. Each valve we replaced cost $28 for that one piece only. this adds up to $560 in replacement valves alone.
