Clayton Homes, Abilene, Texas: If you told me this wasn't the #1 Clayton branch in all of Texas or even the country, I'd call you a liar right your face! This process has simply been amazing! Our sales Rep, Austin Jumper, made this purchase stress free! He did try to push us into anything, and did not use the hard sell tactic. He basically let the house sell itself. We recieved the runaround on our house for 2 months just to find out it was a huge web of misleading information and lies and we didnt end up with the house in the end anyway. These people need to be honest from day one and quit wasting peoples time. I am highly disappointed with Clayton homes in Abilene.
Excellent service! Through out the whole process they were friendly and patient. Tarrance even bought us a gift basket for when we moved in . Definitely a company worth buying from.
Worst experience of my life!!!
We had the worst experience with Clayton Homes in Abilene. As soon as they had it on our property they were done and were unwilling to help us further. We repeatedly called for assistance and they were slow to even respond. Then when we found out that they demolished part of our property they offered only a small portion of what it would cost to replace/fix the damage. They fully admitted they did it but didnt care. I had the best experience. Austin was very helpful, always friendly and helpful. I tried several places here in Midland, taking the drive to Abilene was well worth it. As I type this I am laying in my bed in my gorgeous new home. I highly recommend them, especially Austin. Thanks to his help, I HAVE A NEW HOME!! THANK YOU
