A 5 star rating is inadequate. My experience with Clayton Homes of Waynesville was stellar from first query to receiving keys to my home. Each person I encountered, from the Waynesville site staff to contractors, was respectful, professional, and got the job done. However, Carl, my sales agent, was EXCEPTIONAL!! My wife and I recently purchased a house from Clayton in waynesville, the process was way faster than we thought it would be and the staff was super helpful! We have been moved in about a month now and love it! We got the pleasure of working with Carl Yarbrough he was super helpful and kept us in the loop every time there was a change or update! We definitely recommend going in and asking for Carl!
We have had a wonderful experience with Clayton homes of Waynesville. We closed on the loan in February and moved in August. If you are looking for a mobile home stop by and talk to Sam, he is great!
