My finance, Rachel Wolfe and I purchased a home from Clayton homes of Waynesville this year. Big shoutout to Carl Yarbrough! He has been the absolute best with communication on everything going on with our home. It has been a long process, but with Carl and Tino we’ve been able to get it all done. You bought a house from this place in 2021. This place has been nothing but trouble since it was built. Outlets like to randomly fall out of the wall and from my unexperienced point of view it looks like somebody installed them in a broken wall. On top of that they install the wrong type of plumbing system and didn't check to make sure that the hookups were properly done before they left it the first day so it drained the well completely and they had to send the well crew back out since then we've had heavy amounts of sedime... read more
We had the best experience with Waynesville Clayton Homes! Carl was the best and we would highly recommend him! He was always helpful and kept us updated quickly. Our home is beautiful and we are so thankful for everything!
