Clayton homes has a great service department
If I knew this would be this much of a hassle, I would have gone with another company. Our septic wasn't even turned on when we first moved in, constantly asking them to fix what was broken when we moved in and waiting for them to come. A year later, they still haven't fixed what we asked and now are saying our warranty has expired. I had heard so many good things about Clayton Homes until I bought one. I had several items that needed to be repaired and contacted Clayton Homes in Waynesville nc. I spoke to a Iza and explained that I had a drawer in the kitchen not pulling out correctly, vent over stove was making loud metal sounds and when I went to pull electrical cord out the whole electrical outlet came out of the wall. We bought our house from Clayton Homes in Waynesville, North Carolina in November 2021, and honestly, it’s been nothing short of a disaster from the start. The issues with the house have been ongoing, and it feels like they cut corners everywhere possible, leaving us to deal with the fallout. 1.
