Horrible company to work with. You have other options in the area to buy a modular home. Our home is 7 years old and the roof has had several leaks. The GM (I will leave his name out) basically does not want to take responsibility for anything and has given me the roofing companies info to file a claim. I bought the home from Clayton, not the roofing company. It's a roof. It's not like I mistreated it or abused it in any way.
