Had a great experience. Pushed for our house to be moved out and ready before Christmas. Explained everything to me and helped move things along when delays occurred or any paperwork concerns. Very helpful in the whole process.
Worst Company ever, do not buy from here. They don't fix anything and leave you to think you have just bought something brand new and not even a year later stuff is falling apart. Bought a house from there in May I love my house especially my wood burning fireplace in this cold weather
My husband and I bought our home from Clayton Homes about 2 years ago. We love our home just have had a few issues since purchasing it. I have contacted them several times for warranty issues and had the hardest time getting them back out to get things fixed. Anna is the coordinator for the warranty and is horrible about communicating. I have to call and email several times to get some answers.
