Don't Buy from this place only one yr warranty isn't worth it we haven't been in this trailer only 4 yrs and its already falling apart bought it supposed have been new Claytons will not fix nothing after the 1 yr these cost way to much for them not to have a longer warranty we r first time buyers and this sucks they won't come and look at the stuff falling apart refrigerator not working properly siding on outside coming off boards in house coming off the counter tops the top is coming off to much and they r not a good compan... read more

Had a great experience. Pushed for our house to be moved out and ready before Christmas. Explained everything to me and helped move things along when delays occurred or any paperwork concerns. Very helpful in the whole process.
Worst Company ever, do not buy from here. They don't fix anything and leave you to think you have just bought something brand new and not even a year later stuff is falling apart. And they will wait till the last minute to try to half ass fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Don't know how to reply to the comment yall left, but no I'm not confused Clayton sucks!
