Luke was great
Ordering the house etc was smooth as butter but when it comes to the rest of the process it's been slow as ever. It's been two months and we just now finally got our home on the property and now they're stalling and haven't even attempted to button up the house and get everything finished. We need in our home and it would be nice to see people take advantage of the weather and get stuff done. We’ve been dealing with Luke, Bryan, and Kim at the Marion Location and they have been fantastic. They have answered all of our questions and not been annoyed when we just say we are looking at options like some other companies. They have made the process a lot more interesting and comfortable and put us at ease. They have been very upfront and honest and we are very grateful. Thank you all
We were treated very poorly. We stopped to check out some options, but were greeted at our car by a man who was short with us & told me we couldn't view anything. I told him I had been here before & viewed without issues.. however when I brought my Black husband back I was treated very different. To bad, considering we are both veterans & had 300k approved loan. We took our business elsewhere.
Kim was great to work with ,highly recommend!!!
