I’m sorry but this place doesn’t deserve a single star! This is what been going on and DO NOT BUY YOUR HOME FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Clayton homes of marion is a damn joke! 94000 dollars for a single wide trailer because we were told we're "paying for quality and service " we've been jerked around and ignored for 3 years and all the windows and both doors leak when it rains, the range hood exhaust fan pours water when it rains, the outside water faucet has never worked, the outlets are all pulling loose from the walls the light ... read more
I stopped in for information as I was still in the process of deciding if I was going to stay in the area. I explained my situation with Kim and told her most likely I would be purchasing in Alabama. She was very professional and went above and beyond to explain the options and even gave me tips on things to look for not only in land I would be purchasing as well as things to ask at the location in Alabama. Just visited today and my experience was very positive! I’m in the VERY beginning stages of looking for a home, and working with Luke was so helpful. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole process. He was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about everything. I highly recommend working with him.
I ran across an ad on Facebook for a house on sale. I send a message to the post manager (Kim) and she promptly responded. We met up and she showed me the house in question. After looking at the home, a few things just didn't feel right. She quickly noticed my face and read me so well. I simply told her a few changes I would make.
