I went in to look at the homes without my husband. Colby Bean approached me about ham helping me. I had already gotten the name of someone else to help me but he was not there at the time. Colby insisted that he could show me the homes and that when the other guy came in I was certainly welcome to talk to him about them. After getting to know Colby I decided that I would stay with him. Stay away from Clayton homes period ac problems doors falling apart all kind of problems which I mentioned from the beginning!
Terrible service, they don't care about helping their customers, just making the sale. They weren't there for my closing, didn't do a construction clean, never had a walk through, never had keys that worked for my doors. The only thing I've really asked for was for my outside water spicket to work because it has absolutely no water pressure and I have livestock. Sales guys helped out a lot but the house just has a lot of issues and not what you would expect brand new. Bought ours year half ago or so and we had them come to the 1 year warranty stuff WiCh most is still messed up. The walls look ok when they come primed but when you paint them it looks awful the sheet rock work is horrible. My ceiling in my laundry room isn’t even nailed it has a big sag in it and the repair man that came just nailed the edges of it back up there is still a big sag.
