I am very disappointed in the service we received in Clayton Homes. They sold us a home in a trailer park without properly liaising between us and the landlord that caused numerous problems after we moved in. We now live with constant threats from the landlord. We approached Clayton Homes about the issue, but they didn't care. They said it was our fault for not knowing how things are. They are right. I puchased a clayton moblie home. Shotty workmanship. Plus the do no honor there promised one year warranty. They take your money and run. This trailer has been a nightmare. I would not recommend Clayton Homes of Burlington to anyone. Inless you want a fix me up. This moblie home was purchased new. They tore it up in delivery and has been downhill from there. Getting something fixed is like daeling with the government. Please purchase something else besides a Clayton home.

The home is great and it has what I wanted in it, and the factory people are easy to work with, but the Burlington office is just awful all around. They gave me a time when the home would be set up and ready to move in and it was three months past before I could move in. They dont return phone calls or emails and is impossible to contact them. I would recommend Clayton Homes, but not the Burlington location go to any other Clayton homes site. Trying to get them to line up repairs on the home is like talking to a brirk wall. ... read more
