Only been in my home for 3 years and have a hole in my water line under subfloor and above insulation . Plumber states it was a nail puncture and it has been leaking for a while maybe even since I been there. I now have to get everything fixed and I have black mold under sink and floor. No one should be using their homeowners insurance in just 3 years. Tried calling and no one answers the phone. Will not recommended.
Very helpful and we found the perfect home in the Anniversary Edition! Brandon is very helpful and friendly!
