Brandon is very helpful and friendly! They've almost made me 100% happy. I'd buy from them again. Issues we've had are common and the majority have been resolved.
Brandon is very helpful and friendly! We stand by that 100% and have no complaints on him. However the follow up on fixing issues has been a bitter disappointment. We've had someone come out, make promises. Never come back. We've called back to be told they're backed up and we'll get a call back the next day. No call backs. Have used vacation days to accommodate the time for the guy to show up to fix issues and before we could pull up he pulled out. Nothing fixed.
