I would not buy from them again. The house construction wasn’t the best. They were good to make repairs. They were good when I was purchasing the house. I paid cash for the House and I can’t get my title or a phone call from Clayton in Tazewell. I will say Paula is very good in the beginning to call back. Brad will lie and not call. I would not use Vanderbilt Mortgage unless I had too. If you do make sure your title is converted to Real Estate
