The reason this review is one star is due to several issues that have arisen since my parents moved into the Triumph house. For instance, the floors are noticeably rough and have nails protruding from them. Additionally, most of the trim has come off due to the excessive heat, which has been a problem since the installation. On a recent cold day, I noticed that the breaker box had mold, which is an unusual occurrence.
