If your gonna buy from Clayton homes in the tri cities don't waste your time at Elizabethton and just go on to Johnson City Clayton homes. Elizabethton did not want to help us and tried to tell us we had to pay over 20,000 more than what we really did. Theo is a joke and didn't help us at all. We wasted 2 months or more dealing with them. We decided to go to johnson city Clayton homes and speak with them and it was the best choice we made. Every employee there is so nice and helpful.
