Theo answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very professional, he made everything easy to understand. He helped us customize the home we want and explained the entire home buying process to us. Highly recommend!
Be prepared to go into much further debt after purchasing your mobile home as this entire company is negligent. Be prepared to caulk your bathrooms, because they are not sealed and the showers will leak through costing you hundreds or thousands in damage in fixing the floor and/or walls around it. That being said, be prepared to fix many leaks throughout the entire home yourself, because you won't know about them until after that 1 year is up, then they can't assist you.
